• Setting, running, and improvements of key commercial processes
• Change management (restructuring, reorganization, downsizing)
• Delivering profitable growth with all sales channels – Modern & Traditional, Pharma, B2B, B2C, Horeca, Own Retail
• Profound knowledge of the discounter channel and proven success in cooperation with main Central European discounters
• Training, coaching, and managing (+300 employees in the managed team)
